An enquiry can include your reply email and message, business and service details, the channels and formats you requested, your footage preference, project context, and uploaded project files. Gablegrain uses these details to review what you are looking for, understand the project material, and prepare a quote for discussion.

Quotes and accepted work

Quote versions contain proposed scope, deliverables, price and currency, timing, exclusions, payment instructions, and cancellation terms. Your response to a version is recorded with it. When a quote is accepted, the associated terms and response are used to manage that job.

Job information includes its status, messages between you and Gablegrain, and any delivery summary, listed deliverables, or file links recorded for the work. These details are used to coordinate and review accepted work in the private job view and staff dossier.
